Jon D’Andrea, M.D.

Dr. D’Andrea grew up in Burbank California. He graduated from Burbank High School in 1978. He then went on to receive his bachelor of science in biology in 1982 from USC. Dr. D’Andrea graduated from USC School of Medicine in 1986. He then complete three years of pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 1989.

Dr. D’Andrea joined Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medical Group in July 1989. He lives with his three children, Matt, Joey, and Grace, in Camarillo. He enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and running.

Dr. D’Andrea enjoys his volunteer work through his church and above all else…his family.

Lynn Galan, M.D.

Dr. Galan completed her medical degree at Boston Medical University 1993. She returned to Southern California in 1993 for her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital, finishing in 1996.

Dr. Galan is board Certified with the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Galan returned to Camarillo, her hometown, to join Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medical Group in 1997.

She is married with 2 children.

Deborah Marlow-Mejia, M.D.

Dr. Marlow-Mejia, grew up in the Midwest, graduated from Northwestern University, and earned her M.D. from the USC School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency and a Fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics with an emphasis in Child Behavior and Development at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. She taught in the CHLA Residents Clinic for a year before joining Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medical Group in 1984.

Dr. Marlow-Mejia has a Lifetime Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Marlow-Mejia is a consultant within our group, specializing in the medical evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with ADHD and related disorders.

Dr. Marlow-Mejia, her husband, and three daughters have been a part of the Camarillo and Somis community for over 33 years.

Brianne Guevara, MSN, CPNP-AC/PC

Brianne joined our pediatric provider team in August 2022. She is a dual board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and Acute Care. She received her nursing degree from the University of Washington and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from UCLA. Brianne has extensive experience in pediatric care. Before joining our practice, she worked as an RN for 6 years at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in the Cardiothoracic ICU. 

Brianne was born in Guam and raised in Washington State. She moved to Ventura County in 2018. She enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking and trying new restaurants. When not working, Brianne spends her time with her husband Scott, their infant son and their two dogs.

We are excited to have her join our group and become an integral member in providing quality care for our patients.

Heidi Erickson, MSN, CPNP-PC

Heidi joined our pediatric provider team in January 2025. She is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. Heidi earned her BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from UC Davis before pursuing her nursing degree at CSU Northridge. She spent 10 years as a pediatric nurse at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the last five of which she worked in the Pediatric ICU. During her master’s program at CSU Long Beach, Heidi participated in the Leadership in Adolescent Health fellowship, enhancing her knowledge of adolescent-specific concerns and best practices in youth healthcare.

Originally from Chico, California, Heidi and her husband recently relocated to Ventura. She enjoys cycling, ocean swimming, camping, and spending time outdoors with their dog, Nola.
