Dear loyal parents and patients,
To begin, I would like to sincerely thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your pediatrician. Taking care of you and your family has been an honor and a pleasure.
I am writing today to inform you that I will be retiring effective December 31, 2024.
I will be available until that date for your care.
Your continuing wellness and health are a priority for me. It is important that you continue with appropriate medical care here at Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medical Group with any provider you choose: Dr. Galan, Dr. D’Andrea, or Brianne Guevara, NP of this office. I have confidence that my healthcare colleagues at Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medical Group will provide you with continued excellent pediatric care. If you choose to go elsewhere, please let the office staff know and we will be happy to forward your child’s records to another physician.
Please rest assured that our office will remain available during and after my retirement.
